2 cups raw baby spinach leaves
2 cups broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
1 cup sweet green peas, frozen
2-3 TBS water
Put about 2 inches of water in the bottom of a pot. Place your steamer in the bottom and add the spinach and broccoli. On medium heat, steam for 10 minutes. Add the frozen peas in the last 2 minutes.
If using a food processor, put the veggies in there with 2 TBS of water. Puree on high until smooth. Add another TBS of water if need be.
I used a blender to get the big chunks broken down and stick blender to puree it until smooth. I also used closer to 5 TBS of water. You should get about 2 cups of puree.
